Bharat Bandh sponsored by the Congress and left has got support from opposition parties like JD(s), RJD and Trinamool Congress

The rising price of essential commodities like petrol and LPG has made the life of the common men miserable. The situation is worsening with the daily weakening of the rupee. Therefore, the Congress had announced a nationwide protest on September 10 over rising fuel prices. And Left have extended their support to the Bandh. But now many other opposition parties had also announced to support bandh called by Congress.

The JD (s) will support the Bharat Bandh called by the Congress party over the rising fuel price and the decreasing value of the India rupee. JD (s) state president H Vishwanath told reporters that, ” The JD (s) will support the Bandh and our party workers will stage protests at all district headquarters on Monday.”

He again said, ” They had staged a protest against the UPA government when fuel and LPG gas prices had shot up. Where are they now?” He questioned to Union Ministers Ananth Kumar, DV Sadananda Gowda, Anant Kumar Hedge, and MPs Nalin Kumar and Shobha Karandlaeje.

RJD National vice president Raghuvansh Prasad Singh informed reporters here about the party’s decision to extend support to the Congress called Bharat Bandh on September 10. He said at the party office, ” We have to strengthen our opposition’ unity in proposed Bharat Bandh… We will be actively participating in Bharat Bandh for people’s interest.”

Trinamool Congress has extended support to Congress and left’s September 10 Bharat Bandh. But they will run everything in the state, Chatterjee, a senior Cabinet Minister in West Bengal said. He says that’ “We don’t support the bandh as it results in loss of mandays and impacts the ongoing development process in the State, but we have full support for the issues that have led the opposition parties to call for Bharat Bandh.”

“We are not opposing the strike, but neither will we participate in it.”

Instead, the TMC will protest against the anti-people policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, they would be taken a march out on the 1.5 Km stretch between Moulali to Dorina crossing in the city along with all the districts of the state.

Sonali Bendre remains a bookworm and declares books as a true friend amidst Cancer treatment

Sonali Bendre has been treating Cancer in New York, America. BJP Lawmaker Ram Kadam had tweeted a message of condolence for Sonali Bendre who is battling cancer in New York. But later on, he deleted his message and wrote, ” About Sonali BendreJi it was a rumor. Since the last two days… I pray to God for her good health & speedy recovery.”

But she is really all fine and recently posts a photo of her with her favorite friend, books. She has been reading a historical fiction set in Russia called ‘a gentlemen in Moscow’s by @amortowles.

Being an actress, and a voracious reader and the best selling author has been running her digital book club. A year ago she has created the ‘Sonali’s Book Club’ to spread her idea of reading habit.

In another photo she shares her feelings towards her friends She writes, I have said it before and I will say it again that I have the best friends in the world. Thank you so much @gayatrioberoi, @suzkr, and @diamirzaofficial for coming together to celebrate friendship day with #SBC…

Here is a light moment which is shared by Sonali Bendre. We can find that she is positive in every way and field. She is cheerful even in a small change like a change of wigs, wearing red lipstick etc. In any matter, she always remains positive.

Therefore, I know that Sonali Bendre will not lose the battle against Cancer. She will come triumph defeating it. Because she has a never-ending positive attitude. I pray to God for her quick recovery.

Salt is getting poisonous, and we are eating poison in name of salt. Plastic has found a way in our body!

Soon we are going to be plastic men. Because as much we try to stay away from plastics, but plastics find a way into our lives. We can’t imagine a life without salt. Salt is everywhere in our life from the curry to chat. I have studied and heard from people that salt was a precious material until we began to extract salt from the sea. But now this extraction of salt from sea and ocean have been silently feeding us poison.

A research carried out in the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B)has revealed that table salt sold in India are likely to contain microplastics from polluted sea water. A two-member team from the institute’s Center for Environmental science and Engeneering (CESE) found a total of 626 micro-plastic particles across samples (totalling 24 kg) of eight popular Indian salt brands included in the study, of which 63% comprised plastic fragments and 37% were plastic fibers.

As on in many countries which have researched in their manufactured salt has also found microplastics in it from polluted sea water. But the study carried out in India is very important because we are the third largest manufacturer of edible and industrial salt after US and China. And Indian salt is exported to many countries in the world. So, a large number of global population is bound to affect by using it.

This is a very grim and dangerous situation for us. Forget about the cheap bags of salt but even the triple refined salts are not healthy for us. This is a silent poison for us and it is killing us. When we ingest these microplastics into our body then it affects us very badly. The effects are:

  1. Direct toxicity, as in the cases of lead, cadmium, and mercury.
  2. Carcinogens, as in the case of diethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP).
  3. Endocrine disruption, which can lead to cancers, birth defects, immune system suppression and developmental problems in children.

These scary and most dangerous diseases are getting into our body because of salt! As for me I am addicted to salt and can’t eat my meal without a spoonful of it and sometimes I add raw salt to my taste. Can you stay away from eating it? How your life will change if you stop consuming salts from tomorrow? Because sooner we might have really to do it.

The Krishna Janmashtami and the teachings of Lord Krishna in the Gita

Lord Krishna took birth in Dwarka in a jail, where his mother and father were kept imprisoned by his ill-fated maternal uncle ‘Kangsha’. He lived and brought up in ‘Gakul’. He played, done mischiefs and many wonders in Gokul. After that, he lived in Dwarka after he had killed his evil uncle.

In the battle of the ‘Mahabharata’, he was in the side of the ‘Pandavas’ without actually fighting for them but only drive the chariot of his friend ‘Arjuna’. The ‘Bhagavad Gita’ was then born when Lord Krishna reminded Arjuna’s duty as a Kshatriya. The Lord taught many lessons to his friend and worshipper Arjuna when he refuses to fight against his relatives on the other side of the battlefield.

We celebrate Janmashtami for two days on the 2nd and 3rd day of September. We celebrate in our houses and in the Krishna Mandirs. The grand celebrations are carried out in the Mandirs. In Mandirs teachings, the wonders of the Lord is shunted throughout the day and night. They also made the ‘Bhoga’ which is a very sacred food. The ‘Bhoga’ is made of rice, dal, and vegetables which is called ‘khichdi’. It can also be made of milk, rice and sugar, raisins and other ingredients is called the ‘payakh’. There held the competition of song about Lord Krishna and there are many prizes awarded for the winning teams.

We don’t think or can’t think about the future, even for our religion. Rather than organizing the competition and other activities, the Mandirs have to try to spread the teachings of Lord Krishna. With the money, they raise for the purpose of Janmashtami should be used to distribute ‘The Gita’ for free and to organize a charity for the needy and the poor.  And this should not happen in the Janmashtami only, the committee of each mandir and Hindu worshipping places should be monitored and the charity and distribution of the religious books should be done every day without any delay.

Why we are left behind to spread Hinduism in India, and the world than Christian and Islam?

Why is one of the oldest and most philosophical religion, the Hinduism is been not able to spread in the world? Why is Hinduism still confined to India and some other small countries like Nepal and Mauritius? Have we ever asked us this question that why Christian Missionaries are present everywhere in every state in India? Why the Muslim leaders and imams preach their followers to produce more and more children?

If we want the Hindu religion to spread like Christianism than we have to do what they are doing and more than them. The first and foremost thing we have to do is treat every individual equally irrespective of their religion. Even a Muslim and Christian women should be able to enter any worship place of Hindu. The Hinduism have to accept every individual without any discrimination.

One of the main problems of the Hindu religion is the caste system. Still, the Brahmins and other so-called higher castes act as a superior entity. They look and act at others as inferior. Inter-caste marriage is strictly being monitored and denied. Even the parents kill their daughters in name of honour. The government had made laws to eradicate such nefarious activities and deleting the caste system. But the law can’t do anything formidable if we general public, the Hindus don’t realize it and act. We have to see all the Hindus as an extended family member and behave and treat them equally.

The most important fact is that we leg behind in charity. Most of the Christian and Muslim donate towards the church and mosques with their heart and soul. And the Church and Mosques organize much charity and offer financial and other helps towards everyone. They especially help the people of other religions or people who have no religion in order to spread their religion. But what does out Mandirs and Ashramas do? It is the bitter truth that general people get no benefit from the funds which is donated by the people to the worship places of Hindus.

From many days I have seen few people are spreading little booklets of Jesus Christ in my neighborhood. I personally have no objection about the Christian or any other religion but I just want the whole world to get benefited from the great Hindu philosophy and its religious beliefs. The people who were spreading these leaflets even don’t know Assamese, the local language fluently. They are driven by the true spirit of the missionaries. But why we Hindus don’t do that?

In ancient period many Hindu kings have tried to spread Hinduism in the neighborhood countries. We can see it by looking at the temples of Thailand and Myanmar. Their names are Hindu names specially from Ramayana. But in the later period the Hindus have not tried to spread the religion through missionaries and other methods. It is time for every Hindu to wake up from this deep sleep and take responsibility to spread our wonderful religion to the whole world. Through the Hindu religion we can be able to achieve peace and tranquility for the whole world.

You have to do the things in order to get it done

We think about doing many things in life. We think about it whenever we are motivated by someone and something and encouraged. The act of thinking goes on and on but it never comes alive because we only think don’t do it. We spent so much time on thinking that the thinking process makes us tired, inundated and retired. Therefore, the work we think we will do never happens.

After some days we leave the idea of thinking and doing because we have not done anything we wished to do. So, how can we be able to take tackle this over thinking habit and leaving our dreams behind?

The only way is to do things one by one. Like an hourglass from which grains drop one by one at a time. Remember that the grain doesn’t fall as a whole at the same time. So, we have to think about one thing at a time and act upon it to complete it. Think about today, each day, every day. It is truly said that no one has sunk under the burden of today. Think about what you can and will do, accomplish today and act upon it.

As the life can throw upon us many problems at the same time and test us. We have to do things one by one. You have to be persistent in your work no matter what. Throw away all the negative thoughts and afraid. Act now and don’t stop until you get a work, dream done.

The famous Greek philosopher and mathematician Pythagoras used to teach his disciples to live for the day. Living myriad moments at a time is the root of human miseries. Learning to think about one thing and acting on one thing and avoiding all things at once is the key to happiness and successful life.

The rape epidemic in India: It’s causes and cures (Hang the rapists).

It is an undeniable fact that Rape is an epidemic in India now. No day is passed without the grim news of horrendous crime like rape and murder. Rape has become so common and widespread that no women feel safe in India even in their own homes. Women are not safe anywhere from her workplace to the bedroom. We seem to get immunized by the news of rapes as every day, every minute a woman is molested or raped in India.

India is an ancient civilization where women were given the place of deities and worshipped. But in due course of time, the different factors like globalization and the internet has completely changed our mindset. We see and feel everything in the terms of material terms and human value and morality is lost somewhere. Children are raped and even the oldest grandmother had to pay the price for living in a country like India. It is not a small, scattered incident but an evil crime that is going on every minute, every day.

The following steps are to take if we want this crime to end:

Hang the rapist: First and foremost to immediately to bring down the rapes, the Supreme Court of India should pass a law to hang the rapists irrespective of their status and power. It has already made a law to hang the rapists of the children. But it is the need of the hour to make a law to hang all the rapists whether they rape an

Provide adequate sex education: Proper sex education is very essential in order to curb out this problem because without it the youth can divert from their right path in life and they easily became the prey of others. In our school and colleges, an adequate amount of sex education is not still given and the parents are either ignorant themselves or they are ashamed. Sex has become taboo in our society and talking about it is prohibited everywhere from home to school. So, they have to acquire the wrong concept about sex and hence develop the wrong conception about it.

Legalize prostitution in whole India: It may be sound ridiculous and immoral but there is no other way. The government should regulate the brothels like many western countries through which they will be able to earn revenue and the sex starving nation will calm down. Sex is a natural thing and we have to act like a matured human being. Paid sex is not a bad alternative than raping and murdering innocent people. But the government have to take a strong stance against any illegal and forced prostitution.

Supreme Court of India questions second chance for those left out of NRC Assam: A second chance is must be given to prove their citizenship.

The Supreme Court asked the Union Government whether it is giving a second chance to those 40 lakh people who were excluded from the National Register of Citizens (NRC) in Assam by allowing them to produce fresh documents to prove their citizenship. The apex court referred to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) proposed by the Government, which allows a claimant for Indian Citizenship to ‘change his legacy’ by submitting additional document at the ‘claim and objections’ stage.

The Court has asked the government why it wants to tinker with the family tree and re-doing the verification process? But the court is also agreed that it is dealing with “human problems of a huge magnitude”.

The Supreme Court can’t decide whether to allow the SOP by the government. But if we see it from the humanity point of view then everyone should get a second chance to prove their citizenship of India. Yes, it may sound anti-National and weird but it is the truth that many people has used legacies of others due to confusion and lack of understanding.

Prateek Hajela has said that reopening of family trees would risk the possibility of “trading of legacies or meeting of minds”. According to them giving a second chance would only result in the trading of legacies. He is right. The opening of the family tree will be an enormous task and there will be the misuse of this opportunity.

Therefore, it is the need of the hour to let the LRCR, CRCR, and DRCR take the decision whether a person is eligible for submitting new documents to change his legacy. Because in some cases the same family may use different legacies due to confusion. Everyone should not be allowed to submit new legacies especially those who have surrendered their legacy. It is a harsh reality that most of the people from those of 40 lakh will be able to prove their citizenship. Only a fraction will be declared as illegal foreigners and may be detained.

To the Indian parents: Listen to the heart of your child and give them proper sex education.

Indian parents are the most typical parents in the world. They think whatever they do is for the betterment of the child. In one sense they are not wrong at all. They think their children will be better off with the path they choose for them. They want to give the child education, career which is conventional and they think is fit for the child. But in this process, they ignore the desire of the child. For that purpose, the child has to choose a path in which they do not desire in their life. Therefore, the conflicts arise in the life of the child and they become the prey of lack of self-confident and depression. The child wanted to become a writer, a singer or an artist but the parents wanted the child to become a doctor or an engineer. Because they think that in the profession like doctor and engineer there are enough opportunities for earning income. They are not aware that in this age of the internet anyone can earn a handsome amount of money. The only hindrance in the path of an individual is learning and doing.

Listen, dear Indian stereotypical parents carefully. The world is changing and so the opportunities. Anyone can be successful in any field they want. Let your child listen to their hearts about what they want to become in their life. They should be given full opportunity to choose their own path and the parents have the responsibility to realize the true interest, the dream of their child.  Because it is only when a person realizes his or her interest, passion in a thing then only they could be able to give their hundred percent in that thing. Nothing will be able to stop them in the path of the success. And overall they will be happy in their heart because of listening to their heart.

It is the responsibility of the parents to provide sex education in their homes to their children. The girl child is more vulnerable than the boy because of the lack of sexual education. Our government has not been able to bring a proper sexual education in the school and colleges. Therefore, the children learn about sex from their over matured peers, internet, and books which most of the time distract the child from the proper education and provide wrong information. Therefore, in the mind of the young child, a wrong answer to the question of sex is presented and they can’t understand about the normal sex. So, they contain a misconception about it and keep path in a wrong direction. The girl child can face more dangerous situations like rape, drugs addiction etc. The taboo about sex in the mind of the parents is yet to disappear from our society.

The parents don’t want to talk to the child about sex. When the family is watching television then if any unwanted scene appears then either the set is switched off or the channel is changed. What message does it give to the child? That sex is a bad thing, it is harmful and a thing of shame. Then the child will be more curious to know about it and therefore they become the prey of the evil. We can imagine this by the number of rapes happening in this country every day. This is a grave situation and very sorry state for the country. Therefore, it is the responsibility of every parent to do their parts and provide proper sex education to their children.

Men is incomplete without women. Bachelors should remember this.

God has created the men and the women different because they both fulfill each other. Bachelors may have been discourage from getting married because of many reasons. They have either been not able to get the right women they desire or may be they are afraid that they will lose their freedom.

In the first case you have to understand that no body is perfect in this world. If you are looking for the right girl or guy I just want to tell you that look at yourself first, you are not perfect, he is not perfect, nor she is. Therefore, we have to accept the fact that the human beings comes with faults.

Secondly, if you’re afraid that you will lose your privacy, freedom then you are very much wrong. After a certain age and time every human being needs to have sex for his well being. It is the absolute truth. And the legitimate way to get a regular dose of sex is the bond of marriage. When you lose your privacy to the one person then it is not lost but it only gets complete. And there is nothing like losing freedom. You will get support from your partner in every quest of your, the selfless support. You are not free when you are alone and taking no responsibility. The true meaning of freedom means taking responsibility. A responsible person only can feel himself as free.

As I am a man I can tell you from my experience that it is great to get married and to have kids. When I am in some doubt, can’t take decisions easily then she clarifies and helps me. Before marriage I was somewhat wild, without proper aim and objective in life. But now I have a clear cut goal and work every day towards it. And in the most of the cases the women makes us or teaches us discipline.

There are many other wonderful things that happens after getting married. First the women and later the children will make you fulfill your life. Believe me only after getting married you will be able to see some rare truths of life.
